Accademia dei Mestieri

 

Established in 2015, the Accademia dei Mestieri aims to foster and pass on our artisanal and technical métiers. Its mission is to nurture talents by facilitating the transmission of savoir-faire between generations and promoting craftsmanship to identify and cultivate the experts of tomorrow. ​

 

One goal, three key actions:​

 

Preserve: identify and systematise our métiers knowledge.​

 

Nurture: support the development of talent and enable the passing on of craftsmanship between generations.​

 

Share: promote knowledge of our savoir-faire and métiers to discover the talents of tomorrow.​

Develop technical skills of textile production. The training initiatives include the Textile Mending School.​

Knitwear Métiers School

Two training paths: programming of a knitwear garment and making-up of knitwear.​

Ready-to-wear Métiers School​

Run to enhance internal skills in the development of prototypes for ready-to-wear garments.

​Leather Goods Métiers School​

Dedicated to the production of bags and small leather goods. Offered alongside courses run by LVMH, such as the ME LVMH Leather Bag Artisan Programme.​

Shoes Métiers School​

Focused on the crucial phases of shoes production.
