Embrace – Our Onboarding Journey​

Embrace is our onboarding programme, designed to welcome new colleagues into our Maison and support them from their very first day. It brings together a dedicated digital platform and in‑person moments, with induction days at its heart, to discover our history, heritage, métiers, and culture, and to connect with the people who bring them to life every day. Through this shared journey, we offer a thoughtful and structured introduction that reflects who we are and how we work together, letting our new joiners step confidently into their role. The programme helps each new talent feel part of our community, integrate into their teams, and embark on a path of growth grounded in belonging and shared values.

Our Internal Mentoring Programme is designed to support professional growth, intergenerational exchange, foster inclusion, and strengthen meaningful connections across the company. Avenue Programmes​

Developing the next generation of talent is a core pillar of our people strategy. The Avenue Programme is a bespoke 18‑month path designed to cultivate future leaders within a specific function, through personalised development and cross‑functional and regional experiences. Alongside this, our global retail network nurtures future store leaders through the Avenue Retail Acceleration Programme, a dedicated 18‑month journey combining two store missions with a corporate experience, hands‑on involvement in key retail projects, and mentorship from senior leaders.​

Knit Design Award​

The Knit Design Award celebrates talented students from leading design schools around the world with an extraordinary passion for knitwear who demonstrate their creativity in reinterpreting Loro Piana’s iconic yarns.​

Since 2017, the initiative embodies the House’s commitment to enabling the exposure and emergence of new designers.​
